OUR CREDIT REPAIR PROCESS

Our Credit Repair Process

Credit Repair Process

At Social Coaching, we adhere to the best practices recommended by the three major credit bureaus—Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion—to ensure your credit report is accurate and reflects your true financial standing.
We Follow the Bureaus' Guidelines: When you find something inconsistent on your credit report, it’s your right to challenge it. We follow a systematic approach, as suggested by the credit bureaus, to dispute inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information.

Thorough Review: We start by obtaining and carefully reviewing your credit reports from all three bureaus. Our team identifies any items that may be negatively affecting your score, such as incorrect balances, outdated account statuses, or unfamiliar accounts.

Accurate Disputes: In line with the bureaus' guidelines, we prepare and submit disputes for any inaccurate or unverifiable negative items. We ensure that each dispute is backed by the appropriate documentation to support your claim.

Submitting Disputes: We file disputes directly with the credit bureaus, providing them with clear identification of the errors, explanations for the dispute, and any supporting evidence. The bureaus then have 30 days to investigate and respond to these disputes.

Ongoing Monitoring: While the credit bureaus investigate your disputes, we keep a close eye on the process, ensuring that responses are timely and accurate corrections are made. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Expert Guidance: Throughout this process, you’ll have an expert credit repair coach by your side, guiding you on how to maintain and build a strong credit profile. We also provide strategies to improve your credit while the disputes are being resolved.

Results and Follow-Up: Once the disputes are resolved, we review the updated credit reports to ensure that all necessary corrections have been made. If further action is needed, we’ll advise on the next steps to continue improving your credit profile.

We Know Consumer's Rights!

Non-Compliance with the federal law is unacceptable!

According to the FCRA, consumers have the right to accuracy, fairness, and privacy of information contained in the files of consumer reporting agencies.

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report. By law, you can obtain a free credit report annually from each of the three major credit bureaus. You can also dispute information on your own without the assistance of a credit repair company.
